About Kinlee DeBoor

Born in Oklahoma and raised in southern Indianapolis, I’ve always had a love for this community—even if I took a winding path to land in real estate. In middle school I dreamed of being an architect, in high school a vet nurse. I even pursued veterinary medicine for two years before realizing my heart was somewhere else—back where I started: the family business.

At 18, I gave real estate a try but wasn’t quite ready. Fast forward to now—licensed, 21 years old, and absolutely loving this work. Helping first-time homebuyers is my passion. I strive to make the process less stressful, more understandable, and (dare I say?) even enjoyable. Buying a home is a huge financial step. In a world full of Zillow tabs and confusing mortgage terms, having a trusted agent in your corner isn’t just helpful—it’s essential. I’m here to be that person: your advocate and your guide.

It’s also a true joy and privilege to work alongside my dad and uncle here at DeBoor Group. Being part of a team—and a family—that genuinely cares about people makes this career all the more meaningful.
